When should we expect to hear back from you?
I try to respond to all inquires within 48 hours! If you don't hear back, please reach out again :) Sometimes emails get lost.
Are travel expenses included in your pricing?
If you are wanting to work within 30 miles of my office, travel is included. Anything further than that will be discussed and added to your package. :)
How long will it take for us to receive our photos?
For sessions, I try to keep my turn around time at about 2-4 weeks. For wedding, I try to stick to a 4-8 week window! If timelines change, it will be communicated so you are always aware of how your gallery is coming along! :)
